The Cumberland County Cooperative Extension Better Living Series will close out May by offering “Mediterranean Cooking…A Healthy Eating Option” workshop on May 25, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. This workshop will be in-person and held at the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension Auditorium, located at 301 East Mountain Drive.

Learn a few simple steps that will introduce you to the “Med Way” of eating. Eating like those who live in the Mediterranean region has been shown to promote health and decrease the risk of many chronic diseases. Attendees will watch a cooking demonstration and take home a few recipes to make and taste.

Registration and registration fee of $12 are due by May 20. Class size is limited, so register early.
