To water or not to water. That is the million dollar question during our dry days. Irrigating flower beds and gardens is both an art and a science. Join the Cooperative Extension horticulture staff to learn effective, but economical ways to ease the time you spend watering your home landscapes and ensure they have consistent moisture all summer long.
