The May Better Living Series will focus on Herbs. The first workshop in the three series program will be Herb Gardening.
On Thursday, June 8 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm join the Horticulture Extension agent to learn how to grow fresh herbs in small spaces. Participants will learn how to process, dry and store herbs to use in year-round cooking. Students will be provided materials to begin their own herb garden.
This class will be held in the Cooperative Extension Auditorium, located at 301 East Mountain Drive.
