This class will introduce participants to charcoal cooking and briefly touch on smoking meat. Participants will learn about grill safety, food safety, how to properly light charcoals, how to know when your charcoals are ready, as well as prepare two dishes to cook on the grill.

Youth must be enrolled in 4-H Online for 2022. If not enrolled, enroll in 4-H Online.  Open to all 4-H'ers. Closed-toe shoes required.
