Are you a fan of beef jerky? Would you like to learn how to make beef jerky in your own home? Join us for a Better Living Series hands-on beef jerky class where you will learn the basics of making a flavorful safe jerky at home by using a dehydrator.

The class will be held on November 4, 2025, from 12:00noon - 1:30pm in the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension Demo Kitchen, 301 East Mountain Drive, Fayetteville, NC.
