Youth will explore the basics of healthy and safe food handling techniques, offer some twists on old family traditions, and figure out what to do with all those leftovers. This class will be complete with both cooking and craft activities that will make your Thanksgiving celebration one to remember. There will be no turkey cooking in this class, it will strictly be "side" dishes.

Youth must be enrolled in 4-H Online to participate.

When: November 9, 2021, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Pick up materials for the class at the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Cumberland County office on November 3, 4, 5, and 8, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A supply list for the cooking portion will be provided via email one week prior to the class to enable you to have time to gather the ingredients.
