Join the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cumberland County Center staff for a fun-filled workshop "Sweet Potato Favorites", a Better Living Series workshop.

The workshop will be held on October 7, 2025 in the Cooperative Extension Demo Kitchen, 301 East Mountain Drive, Fayetteville, NC. The workshop will be held from 12:00-1:30pm. Registration and registration fee of $15 are due by October 3.

Let's "dig" deep to discover the culinary versatility of North Carolina's favorite crop! Sweet potatoes can be used in a wide array of dishes. Leave your pie plates at home and find a new fall favorite.

Just a reminder - We love your kids - but our Better Living Series workshops are for 18 years and up! Our 4-H Youth Development program has great workshops and programs for youth ages 5-18.
