Join the Cooperative Extension staff and learn how to make your own Sourdough bread!  This beginner's class will teach participants how to make a sourdough starter, measure by weight, and make a simple bread.  Attendees should bring a glass jar (pint or quart) for the starter dough,

The class will be held on February 7, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Cooperative Extension Demo Kitchen, 301 East Mountain Drive, Fayetteville. Class size is limited so register early using this Eventbrite link.

Registration and registration fee of $12 are due by February 2.
