N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cumberland County Center will offer a Pesticide Equipment Calibration Workshop on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 9:00am - 11:00am. The training will be held in the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension office, 301 East Mountain Dr, Fayetteville, NC.

This workshop will cover the importance and the process of calibrating pesticide
application equipment. The program will start with an introduction of calibration
principles, followed by a hands-on demonstration of calibrating a boom sprayer,
backpack sprayer and a rotary spreader. Participants can earn two hours of
continuing pesticide educational credits in the following categories: A, B, G, H, I,
L, N, O, D, and X.
