Knead to Know: Types of Flour

Nothing smells better than bread baking in the kitchen!

Join the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension staff for Knead to Know: Types of Flour, a Better Living Series workshop, on February 11, 2025 from 12:00noon - 1:30pm. The workshop will be held in the Demo Kitchen of Cooperative Extension, 301 East Mountain Drive, Fayetteville, NC.

Flour will always be a kitchen essential. However, the many different types of flour can be confusing. In this class participants will learn about several types of flour, including a gluten free option. Making delicious yeast rolls will be a highlight of the workshop.

Registration and registration fee of $12 are due by February 7.  Limited class size.
