Greece has one of the oldest gastronomic traditions in the world. Every Greek recipe has the combination of fresh ingredients. Pillars of Greek cuisine is olive oil, wine, fruits, vegetables, honey, fish and the all-important lamb. Spices are also found in majority of Greek dishes. Most common are mint, basil, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, oregano, and saffron. Roll up your sleeves and dive into this hands-on cooking class as we prepare classic Greek dishes like, Greek Salad, Pastitsio and Imam Bayildi.
