Cumberland County Cooperative will offer Leaf it to Us: Growing Delicious Collards and Other Greens, a Better Living Series workshop on August 11, 2026. The workshop will be offered in the afternoon and again in the evening. Please select the workshop that best meets your schedule. The first workshop will be offered from 12:00pm until 1:30pm. The second workshop will be offered in the evening from 6:00-7:30pm.

Get ready to grow your own tasty collards and greens with easy tips and tricks anyone can try! Collards and other greens have been a long time fall season staple of Southern cuisine. Collards and greens are delicious, nutritious and easy to grow in the fall garden. Seeds will be started in class for participants to take home.
