Want to add a little "zest" to your next meal? Then join the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cumberland County Center staff for one of two Better Living Series workshops in July with a focus on lemons. "Cooking with Lemon" will be offered on Wednesday, July 17 from 12:00noon - 2:00 pm in the Demo Kitchen of the Cumberland County Center. The N.C. Cooperative Extension Center is located at 301 East Mountain Drive, Fayetteville, NC.

During this hands-on cooking class participants will be introduced to some lemon infused dishes such as: Ricotta Bruschetta, Chicken Piccata and Lemon Bars.
