N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cumberland County Center will host "A Meal in a Bowl" workshop, part of our ever popular Better Living Series classes and workshops. The workshop will be held on August 5, 2025, from 12:00noon - 1:30pm in the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension Demo Kitchen. The Cooperative Extension Center is located at 301 East Mountain Drive, Fayetteville, NC.

Grain bowls are simple, yet hearty meals that consist of a grain base, a protein, vegetables, garnishes and dressing. Come join the Cooperative Extension staff and learn how to make a complete meal in a bowl.

Registration and registration fee of $12 are due by August 8, 2025.
