The N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cumberland County Center will host a corn and soybean production meeting on February 26, 2026. The meeting will begin at 3:00 pm in the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cumberland County Center Auditorium.  Scheduled speakers for the meeting include: Georgia Love, NCDA Regional Agronomist, Daisy Ahumada, Corn Pathologist with NC State, Jenny Carleo, N.C. Cooperative Extension area grain crops specialized agent, and Charlie Cahoon, Weed Specialist with NC State.  

This meeting will be an area meeting for Cumberland and surrounding counties.

Pesticide credit (1.5 credit hours) in categories N,O,D,X will be provided.

Following the Corn and Soybean Production meeting, a meal sponsored by the Soybean Producers Association, will be provided.
