2025 Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Association Plant Sale

(Updated: Feb. 17, 2025, 2:39 a.m.)

Please join the Cumberland County Extension Master Gardenerssm  at their annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The event will be held in a much larger venue beginning at 9 a.m. at the Crown Arena, located at 1960 Coliseum Drive, Fayetteville, NC. The sale will end at 1:00 p.m.

Plants grown locally and harvested seed packs will be available for sale. A variety of plants, vegetables, herbs, and house plants will be featured. Extension Master Gardenerssm  will be on hand to answer any of your gardening questions.

The Plant Sale will feature educational displays on attracting pollinators, composting, growing your own vegetables, and container gardening. Information on the Extension Master Gardenersm Volunteer Program, 4-H Youth Development, and Cumberland County Extension Consumer Horticulture programs will be available.

The Extension Master Gardenersm Volunteer Association is pleased to host several horticulture experts from the Fayetteville Rose Society, Fayetteville Camellia Club, Sandhills Orchid Society, and the Sandhills Daylily Club that will share their expertise with attendees.

Cash, checks, and major credit cards will be accepted. The event will be indoors - rain or shine!

A special thanks to the businesses and friends of the Cumberland County Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Association who donated items for the raffle.

All proceeds from the event support Horticulture Scholarships, the Cape Fear Botanical Garden, Extension Master Gardener Demonstration Garden, Extension Master Gardener education programs, Warrior Transition Tranquility Garden, and the Second Harvest Food Bank Garden.
