GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:  Preregistration is not required, but is requested for all participants.  Entries will be accepted beginning August 1st in the Cumberland County 4-H Office.  There is no limit for "Cloverbud" 4-H entries (age 5-8 years) with the exception of the "Project Expressions" Category where only one entry is allowed.  All CB-99 "Cloverbud" exhibitors will receive participation ribbons.
